I ordered vase for a co-worker who is retiring. The whole experience was easy, fast and painless. They suggested a different font on the draft and it was perfect - much better than I had chosen. The vase arrived very fast, and extremely well packed. I would use them again in a minute!!

The preview doesn't help to understand how the final product will look like. Because the apple I bought was a small size, I choose a small font. But it came up too small and hardly visible (too transparent). Probably, the company should advise customers how to improve their experience with CrystalPlus.

Thank you for the review. We're sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your order. Kindly note, the engraving area is limited due to the size as well as the curved surface of the apple piece. However, during checkout, you selected the font size for medium to the top text and small for the bottom text. Based on your font selection, we feel we have used our best design judgment to layout your personalization in highlighting the Recipient's name and make the other texts smaller. That being said, we still provided you the artwork proof (in actual size) to show you how your personalization will look, to which if the font size was an issue, as you're able to make changes, you are more than welcome to submit a revision request to make the font larger. In return, you approved of your artwork proof as is and thus, we proceeded with production engraving. We hope you recognize that we have offered our services to the best of our capabilities.
