I ordered a heart shaped crystal for one of my husband's co worker. I liked it but my husband didn't like it. It didn't came out the way he expected. It doesn't have a stand so we bought a stand to make it look better. Thank you though the heart was durable. It dropped 2 and didn't break. The costumer service is awesome.. the shipping and handling fee is too way expensive for us ( next day shipping-pm) But it came right on time.

Ordered an engraved vase as retirement gift for avid flower gardener. Website was very easy to use and place order. Art department and customer service were very prompt. Completed product arrived in less than a week, and it was beautiful. The quality of the vase was better than I expected. Will use the company again and will recommend to others.

I used CrystalPlus for the first time about 3 years ago because initially I was going to use a company in my same city (Chicago) but they were twice as much price wise!

Our hospital ordered a beautiful crystal vase for a retiring employee. We had a short poem etched, with her name. The work was spectacular. She does not recieve it for 2 weeks so I do not know her reaction yet. The whole process was extremely fast. We had a proof within the hour, made some changes and had them within the hour. We recieved the final product within a few days - incredible. Thanks
