Wow! I completely misjudged the preview rendering. The finished result looks incredible! When I initially saw the preview sample, it appeared that my pet’s likeness was cut and pasted, but upon arrival, it was expertly blended seamlessly onto the admiral costume. I requested that the background be darker, and while it didn’t appear so in the updated preview picture, it was indeed darker once I received the actual work. I also love how the artists slightly embellished his face/fur to appear like an actual painting—mimicking brushstrokes, and matching the costume. A customer representative reached out to me and asked how they could make it right. Before I had a chance to respond, the work arrived. I was nervous opening it up, but to my surprise it looked FANTASTIC. I am really happy with how everything turned out. Cannot wait to proudly display this masterpiece of my favorite furry friend! Thank you to everyone involved! I sincerely appreciate the customer service and attention to detail.
