Crown & Paw was great to work with and addressed my questions/concerns immediately. I highly recommend them!

UPDATE: Crown & Paw saw my review and immediately reached out to me to try and fix the problem. I will post another update once we get everything figured out. Stay tuned! I was not impressed with how the artist extracted the heads of my birds for their portraits from the initial photographs. I had to ask for a revision because one of them had a neck so long it looked completely ridiculous. It was painfully obvious and the artist should have not sent a "complete" design looking like that. By the second round it was still a little long but I didn't want to be a pain so I accepted it. The other bird design also didn't look right from the get-go. Whoever removed the background left little detail around the edges of the head so it looks inaccurate. Judging by how long the revision on the first bird was taking, I didn't want to risk prolonging the process by getting picky with it, since these were a gift (which did not show up anywhere near on time anyway). Also, the second portrait was not the priority of the two so I wasn't as particular. Upon receiving the portraits, both are very out of focus and grainy looking. This is certainly NOT how they appeared in the proofs that were sent over and approved by me. If the photos were not good enough quality wise I should have been notified. They appear fine in the proofs. I gave three stars because I love this idea and feel it could have turned out really nice with a little more effort from your "graphic design" department. $100 later I am pretty disappointed overall.

The site offers multiple possibilities and many products displayed, presented and explained in a simple, fun and clear way. My native language is Italian and I was very sorry to have to use a translator to understand the only available language on the website: English. For the rest, beautiful site! Ciaoooo!
