Website was easy to maneuver and use so there were no problems or glitches I encountered. Ordering this as a gift for a friend so I wanted a caption for the pucture in conjunction of the canvass itself. Example: His Royal Highness Of CossaFischer 'King Gizmo' However I did not see where you could get descriptive anout your pet or a title you might want to add...? Other than that ok

I placed my order 10 days ago and the only update I have received is that they sent it to an artist the day after I placed my order and that I should receive a proof of the portrait in about 2-3 days. I logged into the customer dashboard and it now says they sent the image to an artist about 12 hours ago and it will be 1-3 days before I receive a proof. So that is closer to 14 days instead of 3 days. I know I have to approve the proof before it gets sent to the printer and I have no issue waiting, but a little bit better communication would be nice. I am also expecting shipping delays due to COVID and it looks like I will receive my portrait about 4-6 weeks after I ordered it. Assuming the first proof is awesome and doesn't need any changes. So far it has been a meh experience, especially for the $80 price tag. Hopefully the portrait is amazing and makes it worthwhile.

I am obsessed with my print! My cat Oscar, like most cats, is so regal and elegant. The General print shows him in his true form. It's great quality and will make the perfect gift. The proof approval process was easy and there was great communication on the status of my order. Thank you!
