I ordered my canvas for my husbands…
I ordered my canvas for my husbands birthday ( which is in July), but I was too excited to see it.... so now I need to find hubby a different present. He loved it and the response I have had on my paw-fect gentleman has been phenomenal.

The process was quite easy
The process was quite easy. I made some changes when we reviewed the art proof. Customer service was quick and very helpful. I can’t wait to receive our new mugs.

Excellent quality
Delivery was super quick, poster is as promised. Good quality, sturdy paper and bright color. Next time though, I will most likely order larger print on a canvas, rather than a poster/photograph, now I have to look for a fitting frame. This was a gift for someone else.

Not happy with the artwork, want a refund
Not happy with the artwork. Decided to cancel the order. Stated this to crown and paw a week ago. Got a message today that my order is shipped. I don’t want it and want a refund.

The website is great
The website is great! The only reason I didn’t give it full marks is that I would’ve liked to have seen a preview of what the final product would look like, but I understand that may be difficult. I’m just hoping it’s amazing and does the firehouse good!
