I was buying a gift for someone and was using the best photo I could find... They did an excellent job with the photo I had. The person loved their gift. I spoke to someone on C&P to clarify orders and fix something. They were quick to respond and corrected my error immediately. I’m very pleased with my experience.

First off the prices are ridiculous, but this was a gift for my mother-in-law and my wife. So I'll take it. The process was far too complicated. The expectations of the photo quality were absurd, and exceptionally unclear. I'm 100% certain I won't be doing this again, or recommending it to anyone else.
