Sarah was awesome. The site wasn’t giving me the discount for whatever weird reason and Sarah helped me make it happen so I could get my dad his Christmas gift! This is my 3rd purchase from crown and paw and I’m Hoping it’s just as good as the first two!

Everything was great except turnaround time for a response to an inquiry. 24 hours is too long.

Never given an order number via email. Then when requested to review the artwork it asks for an order number. I have a transaction ID and an invoice ID but neither worked. I have checked every email from you guts and can't find one anywhere. I have never experiencedthis before. before. Make sure to save your order number from the website and don't expect an email with the information.

Hi Kelsea, I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment with us, and I would like to personally assist you with making things right. I've checked our system and can see that our team has already responded to your email inquiry about your order number. Additionally, I'd like to let you know that the details of your order including the order number can be found on the confirmation email we sent to you once an order is placed. Note that transaction recipient from your payment method is different from the confirmation email. Thank you!

I am SO excited about my order! I was a bit confused on frame size from which to pick and which was bigger or smaller but eventually I got it. I don't normally deal in sizings of that nature so that's why I was confused. Everything else was a synch. Oh, except choosing WHICH animal photo to use because they look so great in all of them! Thanks again!
