The website was too cumbersome because I couldn’t figure out how to jump to a past design without going back to the beginning and go page by page forward. I would also like to see a raw preview of my dog in a design I choose.

Very easy ordering process

I bought one of these for my mom's dog last year and I have a wonderful coworker that has a cat who I am making one for. She will love the Christmas gift. Well worth the price

It was advertised on site that 30% discount would be applied at checkout. However at checkout, there was no discount visible. Only after I closed the browser did I receive a text stating that "IF" I returned to my cart using the link provided in the text would I receive the aforementioned 30% discount. After clicking the link I was able to complete the order with the promised 30% discount. I believe this is a deceptive business practice in which some customers believe that the discount would be applied right after submitting payment. However, I found that I was offered the discount only after I failed to submit payment for the original non-discounted price. I fully believe Crown & Paw does this in hopes that the average customer will not bother requesting a refund or going through the hassle of getting the discounted amount refunded, resulting in Crown & Paw getting full payment for orders for which it offered a 30% discount. This is deceptive.
