Pen lines all over portrait. When asked to review artwork I did so and asked for the to make it so the neck wasn’t showing at all and they sent back a revised version that was the exact same.

The canvas is perfect. So happy with the work that went into it. Recommend to anyone who wants a playful take on a pet portrait.

I ordered two 16x24" canvases and LOVE THEM!! Callie is the Queen of Roses and Mr. Booterrific is The Major. They are PURRFECT!! I have them up in my office at work and get too many compliments to count. I requested one edit on each canvas and the changes were done exactly as I wanted. I could not be happier with my purchases and am so grateful that Nicole Midwest, Fargo referred me to Crown & Paw! Thank You! My new canvases bring smiles to everyone who sees them!

The product looks great, but it was labeled to ship out 6 days later than the ‘queue jump’ range given at time of purchase & arrived 3 days past the birthday for which it was ordered (there was even an additional week of ‘buffer time’ between the birthday and the ‘queue jump’ shipping time frame provided by c&p). C&P self-prescribed the expectations and charged over 30% additional fees without delivering on time. Then, rather than accepting responsibility, blamed the courier services, even though I saw that the shipping label was created nearly a week later than the time frame given at purchase. So, yeah I give good marks for the actual product - but poor marks for delivering on expectations, managing expectations, and professional etiquette. Courier services get a bad enough rap, you don’t need to deflect your shortcomings on them! And remember- my expectations as a customer were directly driven by the information provided by c&p. It’s a bad look, and really makes that queue jump option appear as a shameless margin grab.

The website was fun. However, it would have been ideal if we could see an example of our pet against each of the themes. I know the reluctance is people coping the image for themselves without compensation, but you can add a watermark on the image to push your advertising and soliciting. In addition, have you considered maybe adding t-shirts with the photo and a neutral themed slogan, ties with repeating micro icons of the image, and polos with a small sewn icon of the pet on the upper right of the shirt face?

I could not be more thrilled with my order. It is even more wonderful than I hoped and the communication leading up to receiving it was A+!

Lots of options, super easy process! Customer service is some of the best. All around very happy with my experience!
