The product is as amazing as advertised. The material is interesting but still good, the shipping was a little tough with everything going on, but overall I recommend this product.

This is my second time ordering and it's very easy with an intuitive page. My husband just loved the first one I ordered and I appreciate the many options so I can include one or multiple pets.

Not happy with the pictures I sent them (a 2 pet portrait) so since you’re only allowed to change one bad picture I had to choose which one was the worst. There is absolutely no reason that they should limit the picture change to 1 time only if you’re ordering a portrait with more than one pet in it. If they want to enforce this fine but I won’t recommend them and won’t purchase from them again. So now I’ll have a bad pet portrait that I’m supposed to give to someone as a gift. $90 down the drain. I’ll have to buy a different gift and toss this!
