The canvas was way better than I had imagined. Our handsome Max as an astronaut was beautiful! I can't wait to order another one for our sweet Coco.

I paid for expedited shipping and my order did not ship in time. I haven't been able to get a response from anyone about a shipping cost refund. It's ridiculous that there is no customer service number or chat. Now, I'm trying to figure out if this will even ship before I move. If they still refuse to respond to me I'll be forced to do a charge back with my bank and lose out on what was supposed to be a Father's Day gift.

OMG! When I saw my proof I just wanted to cry. It was SO perfect, in every way! The hilarity of it all, but the SPECIALNESS even more so. As much as folks love their pets, capturing this moment in time is priceless. Especially when we lose a pet. What a wonderful reminder of their unconditional love.

I asked 3 times for a revision, never got it. Nobody ever replied to my inquiries. I finally gave up. Now I got the picture after over 5 weeks. Very bad service guys.

I had always wanted pictures of my first 2 dogs. They have passed away several years ago, and I never got around to getting a portrait of them. Though I am very happy with the 2 designs I chose, wishing there were more to choose from. Possibly more from characters from recent movies, deadpool, aquaman, black panther, wonder woman, etc
