Asked me to rate you guys but yet I haven’t even gotten my order yet. $80 for a painting that I probably could have done myself, its not even a painting it’s my dogs faces copied and photoshopped on to the canvas. There’s not even an artist just a dude with a copier. My sister has a really good picture from you guys but I’m less than impressed

I'm super happy and cant for it to come in. ***Edit*** I am very upset with how my print turned out. My father lost his dog of 11 years and I wanted to give this to him as an uplifting fathers day gift. I even explained this to them and they seemed to have sympathized the loss of his companion. Things seemed to be perfect. I was given a preview image of what my picture will look like and I approved that image, but what I got in the mail was not the image I approved. I understand that I ordered a small canvas, but the image should have been resized to better fit it. Instead, the image was folded around the sides and a decent amount of it is lost. I wish I could share pictures with my review to prove myself.. I contacted them about this and was told that they would see if I could be sent a reprint, but have not heard from them since. I spent $70 and didnt get the image I approved and now I'm being ignored. I'm contacting PayPal to get my money back. I dont recommend going through crown & paw unless you want to risk getting something in the mail that you didnt pay a decent amount for. And what's worse is now i either have to gift this to my dad the way it is or order from elsewhere and it comes extremely late to be able to call it a fathers day gift

My package came opened at the top and the box was crushed. The picture itself got bent and there are visible white crease lines on the picture itself. Very disappointed. Edit: The company reached out to me, I sent them photos of the damage and they are stating that they will send me a new one. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

(Update) my previous review told how my order had disappeared. Well.. they made good on finding my picture, were very communicative on where and when I would get it. Which was wonderful. But honestly when we received our order, the portrait was Freaking Fantastic! I’m not sure how they can possibly ever make a better pet portrait. Speedy looks regal, proud and most of all handsome. Thank you for making my friend so happy! This gift was AMAZING! I ordered my portrait 23 days ago, that’s three weeks, and it’s still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. Carrier says it’s waiting for Crown and Paw to produce the package… no one is available to get me my purchase. Super disappointed…
