I saw this on Instagram and tried it. I love how the company keeps u in the loop of the process of print to delivery. It turned out soooo amazing and cool. If there is anything bad I would say it’s hella pricey but other than that I will order again because I have 3 pets total and I want all of them to have royal photos !

I await the reworking of the art. I used Pet Creatives a month ago & recipient loved it, this time I preferred your background. At this price I think I shd b able to call someone however I get that it is common to not permit client contact by phone,. When I got first proof, the image was so tiny I couldn't see details, even on my large laptop. I requested a re-work & described the 2 concerns. After submitting, I learned that I could 'continue shopping' & easily enlarge troublesome rendering on subsequent pages. Would've been nice to know that before I submitted re-work request because it was better than I thought. I hope I can choose between the 2 renderings when I finally get the re-work which has been pending almost one week. Thank you.

It is a clean and easy to navigate website. My only compliant is that the information on your website differs from what you provide via email/order confirmation. Website says I'll be contacted in 1-2 days, email said 1-2 weeks. I am disappointed I will miss my Wife's Birthday for this Gift due to the expectation that was set.
