Once you approve your artwork, a custom store will appear in your dashboard where you can view and purchase additional items featuring your approved design. This product is printed on high-quality poster paper and comes with the option to add a frame, but by default, it arrives unframed. In the past, it looks like your previous orders were canvas prints (unframed), which explains the difference in material and presentation. I completely understand how this may have felt like a step down compared to your past experience, and I apologize for any confusion caused. We value your trust and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’d like, we’d be glad to suggest a canvas option for this artwork so you can enjoy the same quality you’ve had before.
