I thought the website was very easy to use and understand. I also liked that there were multiple pictures of different animals so you could better picture what your pet would look like.

We had to say goodbye to our little man. Imagine my family’s delight when our beagle showed up a week later in full military regalia, just as noble as can be. The turnaround time was much faster than anticipated so I didn’t even need to spoil the surprise while I waited for our special package! Thank you!

Why have Review Emails on the Artwork if the Artwork doesn't change? After getting back the same Artwork for Review, 3 times over, we decided to cancel our order. We were forced to pay $10 for work never rendered nor altered (when requested on 3 separate times). Customer Service failed & was not lenient on the $10 refund when the problem was clearing on their side.
Response from Crown & PawAug 30, 2021
Hi Keegan, we're sorry to hear that you decided to cancel your order. We would like to explain that the $10 fee is because our artists have already started working on the artwork and this has passed the 24 hour cancellation timeline given to our customers as per our policy. Rest assured, we will make use of your feedback to further improve our products and services. We really appreciate this and hope to serve you better in our future transactions. ❤️👑🐾
