It took several tries with editing to get a good result, and I'm really not totally satisfied. It would be helpful if the artist sent a message asking for a new photo, or something to tell me what the barriers were to getting a better product. Definitely not up to the standards I saw online. I finally had to approve it to get it done for a birthday.

I have yet to receive my package. It looks amazing on the proof, however, you sent it to the border with DHL (reached on August 11) whereupon they passed it over to Canada Post. I wasn’t given a tracking number and CP can’t do anything without one. Will I ever receive it?

This is my eighth portrait from Crown & Paw and I love each one of them. Really inexpensive for the level of joy that they bring, they make great gifts!

I asked for an address change because there was a mistake , early in advance and it wasn’t . My poster came back wrinkled beyond repair
