Extremely satisfied. My fist artwork came damaged, which was due to the delivery. I sent photos of the damaged artwork to Crown and Paw and they immediately sent me a replacement at no cost. The replacement came and it looks great!

This was not my first order, so I knew somewhat how the process goes. The portrait I ordered was for a friend. I would like to see a “comments” space for additional instructions about the layout of the portrait. For example, could we adjust the portrait to face left or right. A “live chat” would be ideal.

Absolutely adorable! Haven't gotten the finished product, but the proof on line was incredible! Crown & Paws let me know the first picture I sent was too small, explained what I needed to do, and produced a proof for me to review in a couple of days. Highly recommend!
