I ordered my product almost 2 weeks ago and paid for the 1-2 weeks fast shipment. Now as I check, it still has not been even pronted, or alone shipped. I think it is extremely disguiding, what they have on the website, if this is how they handle things.

The only thing preventing me of giving Crown & Paw 5 Stars is on my order (Coast Guard Officer) the name tag and ribbons were not moved when the angle of the head was different. (Name tags are below right shoulder and "fruit bowl" aka medals & ribbons go under the left shoulder). Also, I'd love to get one for myself of my dog named after a Goddess, yet I see nothing for a Goddess. Am I just over looking that one?

I appreciate the timely responses, politeness of the customer service, and flexibility to make the photos I sent in work. I can’t wait to receive the products I purchased and see how they look in person. I feel like an improvement would be to have the customer send in 3 photos and your team pick which one would look the best with the background they picked? Instead of only allowing one photo change? I feel like there would have been less back and forth. I work 2 jobs so having to send emails back and forth was exhausting. The only negative feedback I have is the absurd amount of promo spam emails I’ve begun receiving after my purchases. Please please stop sending me emails, it’s infuriating. My cousin gifted me this for my birthday so I wouldn’t have done it otherwise. Maybe consider gift cards or credits? She had to Venmo me the amount. Not terrible by any means, but less of a gift feel. Other than that you have a fun company idea happening here and I wish you much success! Edit: I received my products! (A blanket, mug, and pillow) And they are all awesome! The blanket is especially soft and cozy, been using it every night :)
