The final image was great. Communication was direct & immediate I was disappointed that the background color was not able to be changed to better fit the coloring of my pet & the outfit. I’d seen it match so well on others. It still looks good & I’m excited to see it in-person.

I sure do recommend Crown & Paw to everyone. Their interactive customer service during the design process is like none other. I love being shown the art work before final production!

I haven't seen the finished product yet, but placing my order was quick and easy. Looking forward to seeing my pet's portrait.

The website was easy to use and had tutorials on how to get good pictures. I am a little irritated however, because on the product page it says that creating the image would take 1-2 days. During payment processing there was an option that was double the price of normal shipping that included an item that said something along the lines of “jump to the front of the artwork creation queue”. I didn’t feel this was necessary, as the product page said this process only took 1-2 days. Once I processed payment I received an email that said I would receive artwork preview in 10-14 days. This item is a gift and so is time-sensitive. The timeframe was not clearly communicated and the fact that it was on the product page with no disclaimer or asterisk feels misleading.

The mobile site filter didn't allow me to narrow down the options.
