I had a good experience except that I was almost to the point of confirming the order when the Website closed. I couldn't get back to it but it did later come up again and I had to redo the order almost from scratch.

This rating is for the second order I made with Crown & Paw. I received the second order and the canvas was placed upside down from how the hanger on the backside is oriented. So, you can't hang the canvas unless you want it displayed upside down. I have sent emails and notes within my account and the lack of response or work being done to resolve the issue is very upsetting. The canvas was a birthday gift and now I have to go find something else, less personal, to give as a gift. I give a ZERO for the customer service I haven't received in dealing with this order.
