Not only was the site easy to navigate, but the artist who worked on our picture did an incredible job! This is a gift, so I had to use a picture I had on hand so it wasn't exactly as the site requested. However, the artist worked with what we gave them and it turned out great! We can't wait to give this to our family member and see their reaction! :D

I like the ordering process, it's very easy..I didn't give 5 stars because it seems like the process is slow and I'm not getting updates as much as I would like...I sent an email asking about my order and I did not get a response..I ordered around Nov 11, 2021 and it still isn't at the printers..
