Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Easy to follow instructions, so many options and products to choose from. Excited to see final results.

So easy, fast and adorable! What a great operation!

The Art work is PERRRRRRfect.!!

Quick and super easy!!

Easy to Purchase - photos were simple to upload. The proof was ready in about 3-4 business days. Customer service was responsive and helpful - I didn't get my black Friday discount applied and they fixed it for me and provided refund right away. You are able to request revisions, which I have done and they have been completed with no issues. Would recommend this business, have had nothing but positive feedback.

Overall, I think your website is very easy to navigate and use. However, I think there could be some improvements to sorting and navigation. For instance, puzzles aren't listed under the homepage "Item Type" list menu, so it was hard to look for them at first search. Also, it would be really helpful if, after you selected an illustration style, you could see what other products are available in that style. In addition, you can't sort through products based on price, which is always annoying.

My first time order (2 canvas prints) turned out great! Your website is fairly easy to make choices from and the customer service was outstanding. I have since placed a second order and expect the same great results. The canvas prints I ordered will all be gifts and I feel certain the recipients will be delighted!

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered a canvas ofour 3 dogs and art work excellent. Slightly disappointed that there were no clips on the back to be able to hang it tho.
