I dislike that the photos didn't stay with my account

Everything looks great so far. I haven't gotten my order yet. It's a Christmas present for my Fiancé of our two beautiful furry cat kiddos. It was a bit pricey thus the 4 stars. I am hoping once I receive it and the quality is so impeccable (fingers crossed) that will make up for the price. But all the reviews online / YouTube including those outside of Crown & Paw affiliation seems super promising. Can't wait to receive my order.

Perfect! Wish I had bought a larger size, but it does keep me mesmerized.

The website is fairly easy to use, but when it says "preview" I thought I would see, WELL, a preview of what I was going to order. Instead all I saw was a picture of thier sample with the picture I uploaded next to it... not really the preview I was hoping for. I wasn't sure if the photo I uploaded had a good enough resolution, and I couldn't see it to check. I was able to send a note with it, which may or may not be taken into consideration? But with how much I'm spending on this, I really would like it to come out nicely! ETA: so they emailed the preview a few days after the purchase- which, ok there is a "preview", but it kind of defeats the purpose of a preview IMO- shouldn't you see it BEFORE you purchase? They DID ask for final approval- however if your email box looks like mine- yikes, I'm lucky I saw it! The final product came in the mail yesterday and I'm pretty happy with it, I was just very nervous with the whole start of this process! Make sure you give it plenty of time if you're a nervous gifter and are worried about that time crunch- I'd say it was about a 2 week-ish turn around. (This is right around Christmas so I'm sure they're a bit busier and shipping is a nightmare). So all that considered I'm going to change my rating from a 3 to a 4 star. Good luck and enjoy!

Loved the website design. Intuitive, super easy to use, and the dropdown category search options offered something I didn't even know I needed. You guys really nailed it.
