Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

great service a pleasure to deal with thanks

After 1 week, there is no progress on my order. It doesn't even appear in the crown and paw tracking system when I enter my order number and email address. This surprised me and so I reread my order confirmation email where I discovered that a 10-14 day timeline was discretely embedded. Foremost, this is somewhere between very slow and altogether unresponsive. Secondly, it should be made clear before the transaction is completed.

The website is easy to use and I love the variety offered. I cannot wait to see the finished product. This could be the gift everybody gets this coming year for birthdays and next Christmas.

It would be better if you had a customer service phone number in order to speak to a human 😀

Ordered something on November 27th. 2 revisions were done and confirmed quickly within a week or less. However, since then nothing has happened; the 'customer dashboard' just shows me that they expect to ship Dec 7-9th. Surprise, it is now the 14th and the item has neither been printed nor shipped, and I have gotten ZERO emails about this. Just daily marketing emails about how much other stuff I could be buying from them - fat chance!

This puzzle will be one of our most treasured possessions. Thank you!!!!

Hilarious service, lots of options, my art arrived quickly, looks great and I know it will make a great gift!

Great experience and prices!! Love this idea!
