This is perfect! Super quick turn around time for a custom piece. Yes, they send lots of emails (some of them not as easy to navigate like the review email), but it’s nice to be informed vs. no communication at all, right? I think some people to need realize that this is not just a product off the shelf when ordering. This is custom with your pet and will take some time! That said, the FASTEST I’ve experienced and this is my 4th order of a product like this. They got the details perfect and will be ordering more gifts for friends and family!

The ordering process was easy, and once placed I had the chance to preview my pictures - they were perfect first time, no adjustments needed to be made! Confirmed them and they were in the mail 3 days later. They arrived quickly and looked amazing, however one of the pictures backing with hangers was glued upside down. I reached out to customer service regarding the issue and they got back to me 3 days later to say they were going to send a replacement which arrived the week after - excellent customer service :) My co-workers loved them also and one have already placed her own order having the same quick turnaround time. Can't recommend Crown and Paw highly enough and will definitely order again in the future.

Perfect gift for my obnoxious, dog-loving Mother. It will go next to a portrait of her and my father in an "American Gothic" re-creation, just to always remind them who the Queen (the portrait I selected) of the home is and the working class. All in good fun of course, it's our sense of humor 😁. Thanks for a wonderful gift idea at a very reasonable price.

Love the different costumes you can choose from. If you do not like one they will switch to a different costume of your choosing. The feel of the pictures are different with each costume. Great concept.

I did not receive a preview of my order. My credit card was charged. All I've received is promotions and solicitations for me to order more products. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to receiving this before Christmas.

This cat's silly, wonky face looks great in this outfit. My friend is going to love this gift.
