Gift for daughter - was really pleased with how this turned out!

My cousin and I always referred to her cats as Your Ladyship...or Countess, Duchess, Princess. I wanted a remembrance of them after they passed away, so the Queen of Rose's and the White Queen were perfect.

While I understand that this is a busy season for the creators, I wish the site were more clear about the turnaround time. The "How It Works" section states that the artwork will be ready for preview in 2-3 days, which is specifically why I chose to order from Crown & Paw vs. Etsy or another site (which were cheaper). My order confirmation email says that it will be 10-14 days for the preview. As this is a Christmas gift, this is quite disappointing to learn after the fact. Please update your site to accurately reflect turnaround times.

I am legitimately very confused about the sweatshirt that I received. The artwork was fantastic, the digital rendering was obviously a job well done, and the artists did exactly what I expected but the sweatshirt was like…plastic? Potentially the cheapest material ever made. It doesn’t seem like it’s going to hold up in more than one or two washes. It doesn’t even have a garment label on it to identify the type of material it’s made of. For an $80 product I would have expected the quality of the material to be substantially higher. This seems like it’s going to fall apart in a month. Brand new out of the packaging the colors are already faded on the artwork. I’m super disappointed because this is going to be a gift that I had hoped would last a long time. I’m almost embarrassed to give it out. Crown and Paw needs to immediately reconsider their base product and start printing custom designs on clothing that doesn’t feel like a plastic kitchen apron.

I absolutely love love love my painting!! The first time I saw it was I was so happy and excited, I was really filled with so much joy. When the excitement died down I realized that my dogs fur wasn't the right color. You are allowed to write to them to tell them what's wrong and what needs to be fixed. When I wrote the first email telling them about the fur, all they did was change the background color. I felt like OK, it does look better, he doesn't look so washed out. Then I sat their and thought to myself, No, I am paying for this and I left a very generous tip, something I didn't have to do. I want to remember my dog the way he looks and not settle because someone doesn't want to correct something the first time. I am ecstatic and in love with the new painting with the correct color of fur. I am disheartened that I had to send several emails that should have been corrected the first time. Makes you sit back and think, do they do that to everyone?

It was a little difficult to navigate the first few times, I used my phone, so that my be why I had such a hard time, but I did eventually get it figured out. 🙃

It’s amazing!!! Cannot wait to give as a gift this Christmas!!!!
