Hi, I am getting very frustrated with Crown & Paw. I ordered my print on December 7th, got the email saying it was confirmed, then tried to use the order number and it said this order does not exist. I emailed you all and you all said that it would be worked out and a follow up email would be sent. The only emails I have received from this company since then have been coupons or sales. I will not be in need of any of that as I do not plan to order from you all again. All I wanted was this print to give to a friend for Christmas. Your website said that as long as items are ordered by December 10th they will be in before Christmas. I ordered the 7th and still nothing. Please respond, send the follow up email, and send me my order. Merry Christmas

Site was easy to use. Only thing I would say is that I wish the categories had subcategories maybe. I initially saw the ad and looked at the different options but when I went back to the sitr to place my order it was not easy to find the one I was looking for.

Updates to the artwork were not received making it challenging to stay on top of the order. I'd constantly have to go to the website and check my order number to see if there was anything for me to approve. I would get a lot of emails with coupon codes but never received notifications that artwork was ready for review. It's a cute product but better communication is needed for me to give 5 stars.

Very easy to navigate. Great selection. Can't wait to see finished product.

This is our 4th order with Crown and Paw. Love all the character these photos bring to our home. The costumer service is excellent as well (making sure the photo you end up with is what you want).

Terrible experience. Ordered 11/30/21, advised would get a preview in a few days. December 11th, I sent a email for an update (I couldn't get in the online dashboard & this was the cutoff for Christmas delivery), response was that technical error that it was not captured in the system but they still have the order and working on it. Several days later asked for an update, they sent the proof and said since technical error, need to do everything through email. I did ask for one edit but was not getting any updates unless I reached out again & again, and each email back and forth took several days, each email I requested this to be expedited since delays and errors on their end, I would get a vague response but never addressed this request. So without a final proof on 12/20 I asked to cancel the order and be refunded, the response was that I have to pay a cancellation fee. There is no customer service number to call or would have done that from the start. I understand there are technical errors; but when it is on your end, you need to step up and make it right. Still not resolved. Crown & Paw still has my money. Very disappointed.

I placed my order on 12/10/21. Order number is 540478. I was advised when I placed my order that I would receive a preview in a few days, but I have not received a preview. It is now 12/22/21 and Xmas is right around the corner. It doesn't look like I'm going to receive it in time for Xmas. I would like to approve it before it is completed.
