Very disappointed. Placed an order on 12/7. When I did not receive the email to proof the image, I tried to look up my order and it did not exist. Payment did process though. I emailed repeatedly only to get a response days later each time. This item was a gift, that will not be received until sometime in January if not at all. Crown and Paw Support- do better. You just lost a customer and will lose more if you do not improve your customer service skills.

I placed an order on 11/29, and it is now 12/24. I have not received a single update regarding my order, nor have I received a response to my emails asking for assistance. Meanwhile, I’ve received multiple emails with coupons and discount codes encouraging me to order more. I just want my original order.

Customer service support doesn’t respond at all. I have sent several emails regarding my order both by replying to the order confirmation email and through the website “contact us” page. No replies. Very frustrating!

I ordered 2 items on December 6, 2021, and was promised delivery by December 14 at the latest. It's now December 23 and not only have I not received my order, the customer service team has been ignoring all my requests for delivery or a refund.

Awful company. Ordered xmas t shirts mid November for delivery in Australia. Their website said it would be delivered in 14 days, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. On 12 December, I checked the status of my order as it still hadn't arrived and it had "queued for printing" so hadn't even been made yet. I contacted them and asked them to cancel and give a refund. They responded and said it was shipped. It hadn't been. They then sent tracking details and it reached UPS on 15 December. I contacted them again and this guys called Harold preceded to blame the courier and argue via email. Guess what it's Xmas eve tomorrow and still no package. Would not recommend or use this company ever. Also, I feel like the good reviews on this site are fake.

Poor response time to my emails in regard to shipping status of my order. Order is very late and I am not getting the details (just a tracking number which hasn’t updated since December 17 - 6 days ago) of shipment delivery. Not even a possible delivery time frame. My order is a Christmas present for my family to go on their stockings and now I won’t have in time. Very disappointing given I placed my order in late November!
