Incredible and efficient!

I provided feedback for my picture and it wasn’t changed at all, which was frustrating. I needed it for a gift so I just accepted it the way it was even though they didn’t adjust it like I specified

Love it!! Ordered a canvas and a matching mug for a Christmas present for my BF. Great artwork and quality.

I had ordered from this company before and thought the product was very cute. Very expensive but a wonderful idea for a gift. I ordered in plenty of time for their “Christmas delivery guarantee” and then dealt with 4 weeks of total torture. They never printed it, never shipped it, I checked in multiple times just to be lied to about it being sent. I explained that after Christmas there would be no one at the place I shipped to and I would rather get a refund if that was the case. 4 times! Each time they said no problem, it will get there! WELL - it didn’t even ship until 12/29 and arrived to said empty house on Jan 2nd. So it’s basically trash and no one will ever see it. And I was charged the full $50, they denied me a refund because technically it “shipped.” No offer to expedite it, no refund, nothing. They are unapologetic and rude and have clearly gotten away with this kind of behavior before. They literally ruined my Christmas, made a very awkward situation for me about what was a really special and expensive gift and then they received nothing. I’m mortified and angry. Do not do business with this company!

Great website. Super cute stuff and it looks great

The website was organized and easy to follow. There were lots of cool options. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the lack of options for 4 pets. All in all though, very cool website, and very cool ideas for pet portraits. Good job 🙂
