Everyone loved their gifts! Such a fun and special surprise :)

This is my 5th canvas order for my newest fur baby family member. I absolutely LOVE all my pet portraits and will treasure them forever! They make our family room and are the most adorable collection!!

I bought this for my husband. I sent in my first revision because the artist did a horrible job cropping my dogs heads. They were unproportionate and Luna had a smudge/smear on her face due to cropping and editing the image. The second revision was sent at midnight (11:51pm) on Dec 29. I was on vacation for the holiday with limited access to wifi. Then on Monday morning I tried to respond back to it was automatically approved. I reached out and they said they can't do anything.. but once you send it out and we receive it, they could revise it. Why would you spend the resources to send it out just to have it returned?

There's no real place to sign in, it's just tracking information. The site looks good until you get into it and then it's just a bunch of circular links. And I ordered socks and a sweatshirt. It took weeks to receive the sweatshirt and I still don't have the socks.

My parents were really happy with their cushion and I've just ordered another one thanks! They come back to you really quickly the only downside is with me being in the UK it takes a while to get delivered. But the company are good with updates if there are any issues.

The proof looks great! Looking forward to receiving the finished product!

Great product and memory of my 16 year old dog, Nugget!

I got my kids a picture of their pup on a Napoleon like bottom. They provided a proof for my review quickly and shipped quickly too. My kids LOVED it - it was the most talked about Christmas present! Highly recommend!!
