Very Bad and disapointing experience! I did my order the 9th december in hope to receive it for Christmas as it was a gift. On the website it was written that all orders passed before the 12th december, would be sent before Christmas. It was an enormous lie, as I received my order, after several messages, the 15th January... They did a small commercial gesture but I'm still unsatisfied as the result is very bad. Run away from Crown and Paw!!!

It was time consuming just to register; kept saying it was not accepted. ???? When I finally got registered it didn't take me to the site. I had to google your site and go from there. I recommend that everything you put up on line has a link to beable to sign up and order immediately. Too cumbersome the way it is set up now because you have to hunt for a way to start an order.

Crown & Paw is the best gift for pet lovers, especially for those who have lost a beloved pet. Our fur babies are our family, too! Love this company!!

I order this canvas print for my husbands birthday. He loved it! The quality was nice, clear image and no issues with the hanging bracket on the back. Friends that have visited, see they print and comment "I've been wanting to order from Crown & Paw". I just ordered another canvas print for my friend birthday.

I had high expectations because I had ordered a previous portrait which turned out amazingly great. We really love it. This time, there was no way to see a thumbnail comp before I placed my order as there was the first time. Even though the site kept offering that ability. I thought, oh well, I can approve or request changes to the artist version. So I placed the order and got an email saying they’d be in touch with me in 10-14 days and I can review the work or make unlimited changes at that time, before I give final approval to print. Now I look back and there has been a subsequent email right away saying if I don’t get back to them with 72 hours for changes they are going to ship my order. Of course I missed that whole email and window because it wasn’t even on my radar. Now I see conflicting info-an email that says order is “shipping” yet tracking shows it’s not yet shipped and my dashboard says it’s not even printed yet. I can see the artwork on the web dash and if that’s what I end up paying for I’m going to be seriously disappointed. It looks like a rudimentary photoshop. Of course there is only email contact for the company and I have emailed them. I hope they don’t come back and say email is not a speedy enough way to handle such issues. I just want the nice portrait I paid for and that I know they are capable of. I get it, stuff happens. I ordered within plenty of time to get the artwork in 14 days and still make changes and then have the item shipped. If Crown & Paw somehow gets me a nice portrait in the end I’ll give a glowing review despite these snafus with the production process because my original experience was so great and because I love the product when it works. I’d like to order some of the other merch besides the portraits so I really hope they come through.

Support department helped me out a ton since I didn't have a good picture of a deceased pet and had to wait for family to get back from vacation. Super prompt response. Very happy with that experience.
