Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Second time we’ve used this to commemorate a pet that crossed the rainbow bridge.

I just received my second Crown & Paw and am absolutely thrilled. It could not look better and arrived in a very timely manner. Can’t wait to hang it in my home!!!

Time consuming when revisions needed Can’t change photo and leave comment both at same time Would be nice to at least have text chat help

Overall I like the website but I was not able to filter as efficiently as I would have liked. For example, after selecting phone cases as a product type, I could not filter the results by pet gender or number of pets. I was using my iPhone 11, not sure if using a different platform would have made a difference.

Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful when I was trying to figure out which option would work best for our pets. The product itself is AMAZING! I opted for the poster so that I could frame it, its not thin poster paper, its good, sturdy, quality paper that it is printed on. I will absolutely be getting more products from Crown & Paw when the next opportunity arises. Customer service and the product quality exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I loved all the options and I can't wait to see it. The website was very easy to use and navigate.

Such a great and creative way to showcase our dog. My husband died when I “unveiled” the portrait to him LOL. It arrived quickly too.

What a great concept! I love this company. The choices and ease in ordering a pet portrait were amazing! I’m so excited to get my final product!
