Excellent customer service! Amazing product, couldn’t be happier!

I love the pictures, products and themes. So much fun. I would give 5 stars if we could preview our pet photo before submitting the order. It would be nice especially when deciding between multiple characters or costumes.

I don't think it looks good. I want my money back. They were supposed to email me a preview for me to approve, but they never did and just auto approved it. Now they are lying, saying they sent me the email and that since I didn't respond there is nothing I can do. I feel like I've just been robbed.

The customer service was amazing. I was unsure of the photo I submitted. When I previewed I was still on the fence about it. I emailed customer service. They put a hold on my order- let me send them multiple shots of our pupper and told me which one would work best. As far as focus, lighting, and size. I went with their suggestion and am super happy. The whole process was quick and helpful.
