They never notified me that my photo was not good, and I only found out when I hadn’t received an email letting me know my picture was ready for review almost a week after my purchase was done. Also this is something I probably could’ve just done on my own…maybe the template I chose is the issue but I am not really that impressed

Good communication about picture review and ordering and uploading was easy. I am not sure if it hasn’t shipped yet but still waiting on a shipping confirmation email.

Overall the website was easy to use and very informed. I placed this order from my phone and there where so many pages of choices (a good thing). I didnt see an option to go to a specific page so after reviewing all 19 pages I had to page back indidually to page 1 to make my choice. Maybe add a go to page function.
