Hello, We appreciate your feedback, David, and we’re sorry that you’re no longer an active member of our investor community. Although you’re no longer pursuing investment opportunities on CrowdStreet, we’d like to address the issues mentioned in your review. We apologize that your customer service experience was less than exceptional, but we are happy to share that our Support team has grown substantially in the past six months, and hiring continues to be a priority for us. We realize this doesn’t impact your past interactions, but we’re focused more than ever on improving the investor experience. We also understand that your communication with sponsors has been less than ideal. As a direct-to-consumer model, the tools at our disposal to influence poor performing sponsors are limited, but we are making changes in how we operate to increase our leverage. In addition to our existing review processes, our Investments team's scope is expanding to include the full lifecycle of the asset. Doing so will give us increased visibility as well as leverage with sponsors, allowing us to set even stricter requirements for reporting compliance during the review process. This doesn’t change the risk inherent in investing, but we do believe it will help increase sponsor accountability.
