Initially they made a big deal about how thoroughly they vetted projects and sponsors but it is now clear they let anyone attract funds. As projects have lost all investors money there has been no oversight or even communication..

I’ve had horrible experiences on CrowdStreet. Despite investing in the most trusted vendors there, all of my investments have done terribly. They all fell short even in year one from their commitments, they’ve all had subsequent capital calls. The worst investment decisions of my life have all been through CrowdStreet. I will never ever use them again. The offerings are not well vetted.

Poor investment platform with little to none return on investments. Poor communication regarding investment accreditation.

Completely scammer. Invested $25K and lost it entirely. The promised cash flow and capital gain never comes true.

CrowdStreet is a platform through which Sponsors with no veritable track record raise capital from HNW individuals. If a Sponsor is worth a damn, they would not have to come to retail investors to raise capital.

They don't properly vet the companies on their platform. I've lost my initial investment on half of the deals and I am not sure how the remaining one will turn out. These are high-risk venture and they only care about collecting their commission. I am benefiting a lot from the opportunities #GoIdbIoom #𝑙aboratories offers. They are much more transparent about their serice and payments are processed in just minutes.
