had a phone call today from Naviyam as i had previously left a bad review due to the last call from her colleague which left me really upset and not happy. Naviyam made it so easy to talk to her and she listened to me without any judgement. She made me feel like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders and she explained things properly to me. Thank you for resolving my issue and treating me with kindness. You have made my day. I had a further call from Yuddish today whom was also very helpful and supportive and treated me with great kindness. Great customer support received from both Naviyam and Yuddish. Thank you

Total scammers. Zero support, took money from my family left me in debt. Now left trying to rebuild my life. Just waiting for a chance to taken these criminals to court. Oh and by the way. They operate out side of our financial laws. Making them extremely hard to prosecute. Need I say anymore? Do yourself a favour and avoid these low life’s.

I really don't understand why this Creditfix have bad reviews. They have managed to get me debt free with ease and understanding. Great customer service and correspondence. I am. Now debt free under 5 yeas and revived my closure certificate today, even under difficult times of COVID 19. I was with Bourne Legal 3 years prior and the FCA contacted me to advise stop payments as under liquidation. They never stopped interest or paid money to my creditors taking my £7000 debt to £15,000!!!! Creditfix was recommended to me and helped me clear this large debt. I was sucked into this company because I was a rent to own program which was also a scam. Fortunately, I felt something was not not right as I had been told that the services were free. However, I followed my gut and cancelled my credit card and had a new one issed. One day later I got a message from them saying that they had tried to take out over $90 from my acct and it had not gone through and could I give them another credit card #. Do not get involved with this company as they will scam you...eventually. Oh and my credit? It's still the same score...they did nothing for my credt.

I've been with this company for a couple of months now. At first everything went well ! Now, there's transactions posting on my account that cant be explained from the company. I called the company directly three times, and all they did was hang up on me ! I wouldn't trust these people with your hard earned money. Lexington Law is a much better option.

I will give them two stars. At first they did help my credit and basically just put disputes in and got a few things lifted so after paying for the first two months of $130 a month, ideas satisfied and called and canceled and all was well I was a happy customer no question. Then after a handful of months go by not hearing from them and nothing coming out of my account I completely forgot about it. Well this morning when I am on my way to put the deposit down on my house and my account is almost 300 bucks short. I looked online and saw they took it out for a couple months payments?! So I called in and talked to the first lady who said she couldn't help and was to have another lady call me back. She called about twenty minutes later and she was absolutely rude and ignorant and kept acting like I was getting irate with her and to be honest she sucked at her job and was NOT professional at all. Since it had been months before that I called and cancel I didn't have my I'd number for it and there was no record. But.... luckily for me she did me a huge favor she said and won't charge me for the rest of the months! Complete idiot. After the first couple months they boosted my score some and it was great and well worth it. Then this bull**** happened changed my whole outlook. That one lady was crooked as hell and her attitude is terrible. To anyone who reads this, keep my situation in the back of your head. I'm sure it's not everyone but, it's a possibility for anyone. I hope not but it was a hard lesson learned at a really bad time.
