Credit fix had saved by life I did not what to do I was in so much debt so when they offered help I could get my life back it was a blessing I have been with them for five years now and only have one more still to go I don't know how i would of cope with out there help give them a try

I was on Debt Management Plan with another company when CreditFix offered me an IVA plan which was cheaper to repay. I canceled my Debt Management Plan and I joined CreditFix. However, after two months and making two monthly payments, they said they can’t help me anymore because my creditors haven’t accepted the fees they offered for them. So I spent £180 pounds literally for nothing and I didn’t get them back! At the end had to go back to my Debt Management Plan! So much time wasted with CreditFix! Avoid this company at all costs!

Absolute nightmare, I had to end my IVA due to a big financial change, they confirmed in writing that no further payments would be taken but too the payment anyway leaving me without any money for food! AVOID!

Customer service non existent... took extra £50 when I was paying account ... then had the audacity to further take unauthorised £130 from my bank account ... have made numerous phone calls left on hold 20mins and still cannot get MY money returned ... service is atrocious .... promise of refund by 6pm needless to say that did not happen ... Still have to continue to phone daily as the are not returning MY money that they wrongly took from my bank account ... hmm I’d call that theft !!!!!!

Never use creditfix . Extremely expensive and terrible customer service.
