tTalked to a rep on 7/21/18 which was very nice in trying to explain the process to me. When she was finished she tried to transfer me over to my consultant but they were busy and they will call me back within an hour well it is 5 days later and still no call. I attempted to call them but I received a recording stating the office was closed and I even chatted with a rep on line. I cancelled me acct on Wednesday 7/25/18 with a Vanessa and says they will issue my credit for the initial 12.95 within 72 hours(which I have been checking everyday) Have read very bad reviews about this company but I still gave them a chance and they FAILED!!! Very Disappointed

steven and ryan were very helpful as were the young lady l spoke to . they explained everything very clearly and put me at ease. thank you

They are horrible, I would sue them for fraud, as I never saw any benefit from their service. Stay Away from this company.

I don't know who these idiots are or why the hell they are calling me. I happen to have very good credit and DO NOT need their help. However, they leave messages on my phone and in order for them to stop calling I have to text STOP back to them. The problem is, there is a fee for me to have to send it!! WTH? Screw this company!!!!

Signed up around October 2017. Had a handful of negative items on my credit that were hanging on from an identify theft. It took some time and effort but they were able to get everything removed. After 4 months my credit has improved enough to where I can actually get an apartment. I was very happy with the experience.

The only reason I am giving them one star it's because I can't give them negative stars. Not only did my credit score not improve and no negative items were removed after six months when I called and canceled they still made me pay another $99 for services that they did not perform. Their website that was supposed to be updated on a regular basis so I can track my progress never updated I was told each time I called and complained that they were having server problems. Do not use this company unless you just want to give your money away.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I were in the process of buying our first home and I figured we could try to get our credit a little higher before we did. They said it was $99 a month per customer, but because we were married they would give a half price discount to my husband. When the autopayment came out there was no discount. We were told they would send letters on our behalf to the credit bureaus to get inquires off our reports, they said 4-6 weeks max. When 4 weeks rolled around and I hadn't received any info about the status I called- "You should receive notice in the mail within the next 2 weeks." I decided I would just cancel because I was assuming I got ripped off. They asked me to stay and offered us each one month free. Awesome, what's the harm in that? Free month over- still haven't received anything. So I call to cancel accounts again. Now it's "too far into the new month and we'll have to finish out and pay the $99" even though they did NOTHING for us and it was the day before our "free month" ended. It's now been 4 1/2 months since the "sent letters" and nothing ever happened. Waste of money.

I bought a car Jan. 2017 with a 497 and had raised my credit score to a 570. Thinking I needed more help repairing my credit I enlisted the help of Credit Fix. HUGE MISTAKE!!! Although they did help remove accounts in collections as well as hard inquiries they also disputed my good credit as and had that removed from my report and score as well. I'm now at an even lower 477. When I called them they said my car loan would get reported again and that will help fix their mistake. She must have missed it when I said " I paid my car off so how is this going to get fixed? " Explained it again and once more before getting told there is nothing that can be done about it. I got a refund but I don't feel that is good enough. I had goals set to buy a house within the next year. Instead I'll be trying to figure out how to fix it on my own.
