Completed my IVA and made last payment sep 25th Called today as not heard a peep since only to be told it WILL take (not can take) 6 months to receive completed paperwork - are you kidding me? 6 months? So I have to wait until end March 2026 before I can contact credit files to have IVA removed Girl on phone was so matter of fact as if she couldn't care less, and it was no big deal Why is this not clearly communicated by Creditfix at beginning or any time during IVA Since my last payment have had zero contact from them. to confirm all payments have been made now, or indeed anything at all, which I consider extremely poor

After completing my IVA with Creditfix, I thought it was all done and dusted. I then still had two creditors chasing me (effecting my credit score), I tried to contact Creditfix recently by email multiple times, only for them to be ignored. I have had to resolve this issue separately with the creditors due to Creditfix vanishing into thin air. Stay well away from these if you are in financial trouble and go elsewhere. Communication is woeful!!!!!

I finished my IVA around 2 years ago? What I found was it felt once everything was completed I was dropped. I had been told that they would help build my credit score? I don't recall this happening, I haven't looked for any credit since the completion of my agreement until today and despite having a 999 score with Experian it was refused £800.

UPDATE: In all fairness they realised what they'd done and reviewed my case and gave me a refund. I've paid them off but find today that they are still taking my money. Costs were outrageous . The Bank of Scotland took them to court! Service no existent. Please Please avoid these scoundrals at all costs...cos that's what you'll part with. Their expertise is kicking you whilst you're down. They are registered in Ireland, not UK as they would have you believe.

I saw an advert on Instagram for a company called Mum's With Debt, so I completed the short survey and was accepted. Within minutes I received a call from CreditFix, saying they received my details and was giving me a call to go over everything. I told them I just wanted a rough idea of how much debt I could write off. They took some details then passed me to someone who would look at my case. The call last around 40 minutes but I ended the call as they wanted so much information from me. I even said at one point that I wasn't signing up to anything and I just wanted a rough idea. Before they could tell me how much debt they could write off, they said they needed copies of my last few months payslips. At this point I said I wasn't comfortable with all the information they needed and I'd like to terminate the call. I also requested erasure of all the data they held for me. The guy said he would arrange that and I asked for confirmation of it, which he said he would send me but I'm not going to hold my breath. The person I spoke to was polite but I just didn't feel right about how much they wanted from me, plus I read these reviews during the call and it panicked me.

I will give them two stars. At first they did help my credit and basically just put disputes in and got a few things lifted so after paying for the first two months of $130 a month, ideas satisfied and called and canceled and all was well I was a happy customer no question. Then after a handful of months go by not hearing from them and nothing coming out of my account I completely forgot about it. Well this morning when I am on my way to put the deposit down on my house and my account is almost 300 bucks short. I looked online and saw they took it out for a couple months payments?! So I called in and talked to the first lady who said she couldn't help and was to have another lady call me back. She called about twenty minutes later and she was absolutely rude and ignorant and kept acting like I was getting irate with her and to be honest she sucked at her job and was NOT professional at all. Since it had been months before that I called and cancel I didn't have my I'd number for it and there was no record. But.... luckily for me she did me a huge favor she said and won't charge me for the rest of the months! Complete idiot. After the first couple months they boosted my score some and it was great and well worth it. Then this bull**** happened changed my whole outlook. That one lady was crooked as hell and her attitude is terrible. To anyone who reads this, keep my situation in the back of your head. I'm sure it's not everyone but, it's a possibility for anyone. I hope not but it was a hard lesson learned at a really bad time.
