I received 4 text messages on my cell phone, all at once, naming my 11 year old son, to call and discuss his credit repair. Number given, 866-929-2131. I did not call, nor did I reply with "STOP" or "HELP" via text.

This company blindly attempted to market their services to a 10 year old. They obviously are willing to buy any list w/ an email and/or phone and attempt to sell whatever junk they have to offer. To be completely avoided.

I’ve given then three months time still no results and I’m a very patient person ,But I come to realize after reading all these bad reviews and doing this research on creditfix I will be canceling them today during business hours because I cannot pay and will not pay anyone for zero results if they get nasty with me I will report them to b.b.b and TransUnion,Experian,and others . I’ll be writing my results after talking with them later on today .

I cancelled my service with them because I don't feel paying close to a $100 and a website that is lacking options to communicate with staff is worth it. For those of you who want to cancel start with placing a stop payment on your account so that they can't withdraw anymore money and then call and talk to someone and request a refund of any money or monies paid saying you found another service that suits your needs in all honesty you shouldnt have to explain why you're switching services and yet that was the most effective way to getting my money back. I am sure Creditfix knows they're getting some poor reviews so to check the box to inform them is pointless.

This company was not able to make any changes to my credit score... too expensive for nothing at $99.99 a month... when I tried to cancel they offered to lower the price to $49... they even charged my account a cancellation fee of 99.99... why 99.99 and not $49? I really don't understand how they operate... customer service doesn't help too much either...

This company is awful! Called customer service for having been charged after canceling, they bill a month behind, but charged me three times for only 2 sets of dispute submissions. No refunds, they just want to take your money and say it’s for services already provided. I received the email to confirm disputes had been sent in 10/2 and they claim I’m paying for services in September, when I specified dates the CS rep claimed those emails were sent out in error. Stay away from these guys, they are just preying on those of us already struggling with finances and credit.

this company sucks. Just love to take your money. I canceled over a month ago and this month still took out money that I can't afford. Called the company NO refunds, They bill you a month behind. I don't recommend this company

I thought this might be helpful, I am about to do my second review of Credit Fix. First tho I want to give every benefit of doubt so I will tell you what I am to do. Something is screwy because I know how I was treated. With that said, then I obviously believe those who said they were treated the same way, and a few of them didn't want to give them even one star. Yet of the 17 reviews, 4 found them to be 5-star people. A 5-star company. I say they were either family or close friend doing a favor. So I am going to challenge those four people to rate them again. I just checked my bank statement and for the second straight month after canceling them they have deducted 99 from my bank. I am about to call them, but my confidence that they are that bad a company is such I will rate them NOW BEFORE I CALL for another explanation. Oh by the way, for those of you who believe they are a great company, KNOW this. My credit scores, from two places, have both dropped 101 points since hiring them. TO the four people who RATED CREDIT FIX., 4 and 5 stars, I challenge you to honestly and with open mind rate them again., Helping a friend or family member is a good thing to do, we all need help. Helping them tho with a chance that it might hurt someone else, IS WRONG. Re Think
