Lies lies and more lies, I should have had a iva withdrawn due to fraud on the account but they instead terminated it so despite me not paying as there is nothing to pay. It means I have an iva on my credit file for 6 years absolute joke of a company and no matter what they say they do not want to help complete bunch of crooks!

I don't even want to give this a one star . This is a scam . I'm a single mother of three trying to get out of debt and this company has put me in more debt !! They take money when you tell them not to . Utter scam . During the pandemic I was hit with identity fraud and had literally no money and these people was still trying to take money even tho I sent them proof of my circumstances twice. Do not use these scam artists your live to regret it.

Awful experience with these people. Rude advisors, got my paperwork wrong on 3 occassions. Had to ring me back as they missed part of the verification call. Forced me to pay more than I could afford through using fear tactics. Anyone reading this please talk to Step Change first. Avoid using Creditfix as they just do not care and give you a world of pain.

I have been with these guys for over half of my 5 years now and that includes their name change. I have had no issues at all! Agreed a monthly amount having discussed my incomings and outgoings in detail. The worry I had previously has gone and I know I will be sorted right before I am due to get married! They helped me when I lost my job, and got me back on track when I got a new job. My only issue? They had my IVA showing on my credit score as offtrack even though it was up to date. I called and spoke to a nice young lass who sent me what I needed in order to correct that. It just meant a little bit of chasing on my end but hey ho, after all they have done for me, I was not going to say no. Ignore half of the rubbish reviews.. IVAs are not going to be easy financially but it is a damn lot easier to handle than being chased for debts! 5 year and home free! Just over 2 years to go.. highly recommended!!

I reached out to credit fix to arrange an IVA as I was in financial difficulty and was originally advised that it would be a quick and simple process, making everything as seamless as possible. So far I have had no correspondence for over 2 weeks and when this has been chased I have been advised that it is either due to Covid or Illness (we are now 8 months into the Pandemic - surely this shouldn't still be an issue for businesses?). I have been told that if I wanted this dealt with elsewhere I would need to start the entire process again, further delaying the process. To add to this you are unable to contact them to chase anything via webchat and if you ask for a response timescale they say "due to Covid they cannot give timescales". Do not use credit fix, complete shambles and terrible service! The delays are only adding to my financial strain, wish I had never contacted them in the first place

One Big scam you will never able to get a mortgage well your with then i’ve been paying for 3 years now  trying to get a mortgage because I’m out of my 2 year   fixed rate  mortgage payment has gone up can’t get A mortgage now put they have put a block on it from the land registry. So in the situation where I can’t get a new mortgage  stuck with a high rate  keep going up .my dad offered me some money I can pay them off and get rid of them So they have to have a meeting and I have to pay £300 it says on the letter that I’m not offered enough money but all I can get amount is different all the time So if the creditors rejecting me still have to pay the £300 i’m back in the same situation then if I want to go back have to pay another £300 all I want to do is get a remortgage if they Let me get  mortgage I can pay the full amount but they’re not getting into that  Have to get solicitor I just don’t know what else to do and it’s going nowhere A lot worse situated now Then I Either was x
