Over 20 years’ experience with chase. Terrible company if you fall on hard times. When I HAD significant money in the bank I received literally pennies in interest in my savings accounts over the years. When I went through a hardship they were rude, cruel and beat me down with harassment and legal threats; and caused harm to my mental wellbeing by making it difficult to resolve my credit card debt. After being a customer for 20 years they showed me how little valued my patronage was to them. After finally resolving my credit card balances with chase I will never do business with them again.

"Warning to all cardholders: Even if you close your account with a $0 balance, this bank will legally reopen it behind your back to rebill you hundreds of dollars if an old merchant dispute gets reversed. Their automated system allows phantom bills to appear on dead accounts without warning, putting your credit score at immediate risk. Check your closed accounts regularly!"

How can one of the biggest financial institutions in the world have such a crappy website that can not link accounts of personal and business? Impossible to get thru to a human to assist. Automatic 1/5 if a company makes it SO hard to get thru to a human.

NEVER EVER GET A CHASE SAPHIRE CREDIT CARD !! THEY INCREASED THE ANNUAL FEE AND GOOD FOR NOTHING . WHEN YOU BOOK FLIGHT TICKET THEY OVERCHARGE THE RATE ! AND ONCE I CANCELLED THE CARD AND I GOT A BIG REFUND THEY REFUSED TO SEND IT BACK TO ME INSTEAD SENT BACK TO MERCHANT AND TOOK ME 7 MONTHS TO GET IT BACK!! THEY SAID MY ACCOUNT WAS PURGED AFTER 6 MONTHS THEY COULD NOT EVEN LOCATE MY ACCOUNT!! WOW!! TEH CORPORATE OFFICE ESPECIALLY IN OHIO IS VERY BAD!! MANAGERIAL STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFULL!! PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS ,NEVER EVER GET CHASE SAPHIRE CARD!! GO FOR SOMETHING ELSE! CHASE HAS BECOME TOO POWERFUL CORPORTATION AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I PHSYICALLY WENT TO MANY BRANCHES THEY DID NOT HELP ME EITHER !! THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE WAS EVEN WORSE!! THEY DID NOT EVEN LIFT A FINGER TO HELP ME. INSTEAD THEY COMPLICATED THE ISSUE BY REFUSING TO RETURN MY REFUND TO ANOTHER CARD -SENT BACK THE REFUND TO MERCHANT !!

If I could leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend was able to add me on as a pre authorized user with just my name and address and that goes onto my credit report but I was not allowed to take myself off without having all of his information including his social security number. So just any random stranger can add me on and affect my credit score but I don’t have the authorization to take myself off??? NOT OKAY.

I called chase customer service to verify that if I charged the Global Entry fee to my Chase United Business card that I would be refunded the charge amount. I was told I would be refunded so I charged the fee. Now Chase says that refund is not a benefit of that card and they will not refund the charge, even though their customer service rep told me it would be.

Chase Bank is going out of their way to frustrate customers. I have the Sapphire Reserve card and made a large purchase while traveling. The next few times I tried to use the card (same afternoon) it was declined. Chase customer service said the card was not on hold and transferred call to Fraud Dept which was closed. The recording said it would be open tomorrow 7am. Now it is tomorrow and same recorded message! They shut down my card while I am traveling without reaching out to ask me about this transaction or notifying me thru their app. They just skipped out to enjoy their weekend leaving me with no options. Employees are nice but they are stuck in a system with a company that doesn’t trust their employees or help their customers.

I have had this credit card for about 9 years. Customer service is terrible. It’s an easy hour wait if you want to talk to a person.
