I've had my chase credit card for 26 year's and when you charge something your interest rate doubles my minimum payment is out ranges for having this credit card this long. And the only solution they have for you when you call them is don't charge anything and then they have the nerve to put on your bill get counseling for you charging stuff all the time. I got news for chase I'm retireing in 10 years and if I have to I will file bankruptcy one of these days YOU SHOULD Not Be Allowed To Charge So Much Interest Rate!!!! My advice to anyone wanting a credit card do not do it

I was charged twice for an airline ticket through Chase. I have spent approximately 10 hours trying to resolve this and every time I call Chase they give me a different story. I talk to different people. They start back at Square one and when I call back for follow up, they deny what they had told me in the past. The Chase employees are too incompetent to resolve a problem and I am giving up and I’m now stuck with paying twice for the same flight. I spoke to Michelle on 9/18/26 at 6 PM and she would not give me her badge number which I think that is the purpose of having a badge number. She was rude, stupid, and incompetent and refused to back up the information I was looking for in writing. I’m now out $300 which is the 2nd payment for the same flight. They make you spend so much time waiting on the phone that you will throw in the towel and they won. I’m throwing in the towel and sucking up the fee. This seems illegal, but I don’t have any more energy to fight it..

Chase- surprise fraud alert denials that are unfounded. Along with that customer service won't admit to an error, like when asked by text if the charge was mine, I answered YES. They said I answered No. They then proceeded to cancel my card. Potentially lost the reservation, lost the discounted price. That part was fixed by waiting two hours on the phone to get a person with Marriott. The Chase guy insisted I said "NO" but what a dummy- my texts are preserved. I clearly wrote YES the charge was mine. If that's AI it's not so intelligent but the human is worse. Won't admit a tech glitch mistake. This is the service you get with a card that costs $400 a. year. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Chase advertises that you'll never be responsible for charges you didn't make. I got scammed and someone used my card number to buy tickets for a concert in EGYPT to the tune of over $2000. I never dreamed that I would actually get stuck with this bill, but Chase would not remove it. I filed all of their appropriate reports with all of the agencies and followed up with everything I was supposed to do. And they said I received 'benefit'. This was really traumatizing. Chase lies and not only won't protect you, they will steal your hard earned money.

long waits, say the online bank linked to the card isnt forwarding money which as the old saying goes, "is a lie". now I have a 42 dollar late fee because their own website couldn't or wouldn't process my acct. the balance was 710.35. there was 13K in the account. screw them. I recommend Elan credit cards or First Bank of Omaha, both are excellent thru and thru.

Terrible!! Not handing my dispute properly!! They try to keep charging us 800 for a hotel room we never stayed in, in spite of all the proof I have showed them. Chase has been just fine for me all these years up until I had to dispute a charge! DO NOT get a Chase card!

I have a chase prime card and have contacted them serval times to access my account. The do not find. The just hang up. I have use this many time on the Amazone Site, I just want to Cancel it.
