I ordered 28 ornaments in on November 19th, (which I intended to include with other gifts I was mailing), with delivery expected within a week. On November 26th I received 10 of the items. After a few days I contacted customer service by email. I received a response that the warehouse had been contacted and items should be arriving soon. On December 7th I received 1 more ornament. I have contacted customer service 2 more times, once by phone and once by chat, and have even chatted with a supervisor. All have been very nice - but useless when it comes to getting the remaining ornaments delivered. The expected delivery date is now December 19th - 22nd - a month after I placed the order!! The delivery system is totally unacceptable and I will never order from Crate and Barrel again. AND - as an aside, I checked to see if I could order and pick up at the near-by Crate and Barrel and I would have had to travel to 4 or 5 different ones to gather all of the items. Save yourself upset and aggravation...skip Crate and Barrel on-line ordering!

Bought a gift 15 days ago and the package supposed to be here 5 days ago and still waiting. Really bad delivery system. Don’t buy nothing online

Ordered a foosball table in August, delivered in November with no rods. Currently unusable. Have called twice (over 2 weeks ago and again a couple days ago) to get the missing rods and was told both times that someone will be in touch within one business day. No-one has been in touch as of yet. Long time to wait for an unusable product.

Don’t trust their estimated delivery. You’re better off going to Mathis brothers or Ashley furniture. They have more ethical practices there at half the price and same quality. Room and board dealt with delivery issues better than CB

We ordered a sofa on September and the expected delivery said “mid November” at first. Once it was pushed back to “mid December” which was still understandable. Then this morning the expected delivery changed to mid January. This is just unbelievable and we will cancel the order. NEVER ORDER FURNITURES HERE!!!!

Super delayed shipment and their estimate delivery dates are really useless.

They advertised a sale on products they didn't have in stock in order to increase traffic to their website which is called bait advertising and it is an illegal scam. On the day my order was supposed to arrive, they sent me an email saying that they had canceled the order, no explanations were given. Customer disservice refused to offer a rain-check, they refused to supply the items at the advertised price and didn't even try to remedy the situation. They told me that if I wanted to receive the items I had to place the order again but that they were not going to honor the price. Buyer beware.

If I could give negative stars I would. I get it. The supply chain is messed up due to the pandemic. However, other stores appear to have some ability to deliver in a reasonable timeframe. My story. Bought a king sized upholstered bed on Sept 7, 2021. We were told 20 weeks. It was not technically custom - it came in two standard fabrics and we chose a grey. Same one was on the store floor. Shortly after setting up my online account, the delivery date went from December to February to March. Then last week I get a text (at 7 am) saying my bed is on schedule for December delivery! I go into my account and it says the same thing - December! I log into my account this week and the date is now changed to late April. I can’t reach anyone by phone (hold times are excessive) and no one replied to my text to the SMS number provided on the support page. I finally reached someone via their Twitter page who gave me stock answers. At this point, I don’t need a lesson in global supply chain issues. I need honest answers. And a bed. I cannot get a refund because there was a 48 hour window for that. They are a large retailer with many resources. Their service should be better than this. I no longer wish to play their wait and see game to receive (or not) my $1800 bed. I will not be shopping there in the future and I caution others against placing orders for goods through this formerly reliable company.
