I don`t recommend ordering furniture from them because it is a waste of time. I have been waiting for more furniture for a long time, i.e. for half a year it is a comparison to Tesla. They change dates every now and then, which is very annoying. First time they brought the bed and after unpacking it from the box it was damaged, they had to take it back and again wait 2 months the same with the rest of the furniture. Also, buy your home items in a store, but not online.

Don't order from them..you won't get your order..
Don't trust the estimated arrival time on the website! Don't order from them, you won't be able to receive your order on time! I ordered a sofa, a bed and a coffee table online on October 2021 stated that the sofa will arrive around early December 2021. The bed and coffee table are in stock now but then I received two delay notifications about my sofa on December 2021 and January 2022 and just now when I checked my order status, it says late March. Because they'll only ship my order when everything is ready, I'm stuck now! I have been sitting on my campus chair and sleeping on my mattress on the floor since October 2021. I understand because of covid and supply chain issue there will be delay. But your website showing that the estimated arrival date for the same sofa I ordered is mid April. I don't know how can your company still take new orders when there're so many backlog orders! Please don't over promise your customer, this is very disappointing!

Worst customer service in the world
Just like so many reviews I just read, our story is similar. We ordered a leather sofa in June 2021. Delivery was supposed to be mid October. Their website kept saying that till we past that date and then it was moved to late October, then to mid November, then to mid December, then to early January, then end of January and for the past month it has said early February. I fear we will never get this sofa. When you try to call (it isn't easy to get a real person), they just say "sorry", "supply chain issues", etc. Not once did I ever get told what the problem is, even though I have asked multiple times. I would like to know where the problem lies. Is it the leather, the framework, etc. When we went to one of their actual stores, no one there could look it up because we purchased it online. I would never buy another thing from them unless it was something I could physically walk out of the store with it. (I would find another store that has similar products though). It is bewildering to me that they can't even find an answer and ask their production team where this sofa is and how much longer it is going to take to get this to us.

All-around Mediocrity
To begin, two days prior to the scheduled delivery day I received an email from Crate and Barrel saying "On that day [the delivery day], [I] will receive an email to track [my] delivery in real time." I never received that email, therefor I missed the delivery and had to reschedule. I reached out to Crate and Barrel about this but no one really cared, basically just a shrugging of the shoulders.
The next earliest available delivery day was nine days later...I received the same email, telling me they'd send me a link to track the delivery. I never got that email either, but I told the delivery person to just leave it at the front door of my building, I'd come down to get it.
The frame arrived in a damaged box (pictures are included). It was also dirty, not surprising since the box was open. I had to wipe it down before setting it up. Overall I am very disappointed with Crate and Barrel, and the frame itself.
NB I left the above review on their website and they removed it. So I left a rating-only review and they removed that as well.
Also the pictures were for the website review, and I was so bothered by the dirtiness of the frame and the overall experience I ended up getting rid of it. I'd rather have no bed frame than that one.

A simple cushion cover (pillow) seems an impossible task to ship from 'A' to 'B' for C&B
The one star should be a minus star. My grievance pertains to an order made at a CB2 store in Canada. They were out of stock of a pillow but offered to order it from the States. I have made such orders many times, the orders go directly to the store, there was never a problem. In this case it had to be couriered to my home. Two months later (the item was in the warehouse), too many customer service people who appear helpful, but don't demonstrate any problem solving capabilities, the courier Purolator is as useless, they say they couldn't deliver... perhaps it was because they mistyped the labels, three other occasions they changed my address completely, they also claim I have moved. The saga is a shocking demonstration of a chaotic company, both C&B and Purolator. The customer service people just apologise for the inconvenience, even when I send them in point form the documented saga, next email they inform they have shipped yet another pillow. We are all aware of well known other service providers with their next day service. We are also aware of shipping problems, it is not totally due to Covid, it's partly political regarding container ships, and also a lack of ships. My experience with CB2 was always exemplary, but now the store looks like a slowly sinking ship -- not even a wine glass to be had... can you imagine Amazon running out of books.

Crate and Barrel has no business…
Crate and Barrel has no business accepting any furniture orders at this point. It's completely unethical and unlike other home stores, they're charging the full amount of the furniture before it ships. Updated delivery date after updated delivery date and zero confidence that my furniture will ever show up. 5 months and counting right now after an initial 4 week delivery timeline. Buy local. It's sad to see it after I used them for my wedding registry but Crate and Barrel is an absolute disaster. If Covid challenges prevent you from delivering, or even just communicating in an accurate time frame, stop accepting orders!

Rewards Certificate SCAM…
They sent me a rewards certificate after ordering an expensive couch. The total reward dollar amount was $320.
I used $89 on one purchase then went to order additional items with the balance and surprisingly found I have no reward dollars left and the certificate did not expire until December 28th. Apparently they give you rewards dollars but, you have to spend them all at one time. I called but they would not reactivate my rewards points. False advertising. I will never buy another item from Crate & Barrel.
I did purchase what I wanted elsewhere and for less money.
Don’t spend money at Crate & Barrel they are unethical.

I ordered an item on 11/27 and was given a delivery date of 12/09
The whole time of waiting I continued to check on the shipping which just kept reading as "pending".
On 12/09 I reached out to costumer service through their chat option and was told that because they use a third party shipping service there was often a delay in updates regarding shipping.
So she placed a new order for the same item with complimentary two day priority shipping, very nice of her.
I noticed the shipping for that item was again not updating, just continued to show as pending. So I reached out to costumer service through chat again and that's when I was told this item has been on back order for a while now.
I'm not sure why I wasn't informed about this the first time I reached out, or why I wasn't at least sent an email with an update.
So I requested a refund and for the complimentary 2-day priority shipping to be honored on a new item, which they ok'd.
So I ordered a new item and was given a delivery date of 12/15 - now it's delayed to 12/18, which is when the person I'm buying it for is moving out of the state.
It's been a grueling process, I will not be shopping here again. I really recommend looking elsewhere if you don't want to go back and forth with costumer service at least twice for an order and waiting at least three times as long for the item.
