I'm quite surprised at the reviews I am seeing on this site. I haven't ordered furniture from C&B in a few years but I do order a lot of decor online as unfortunately I no longer live near a store. I have never had any issues with their products, delivery or service. My furniture has held up very well, the quality of their merchandise is terrific and I especially love that it's not like everything else you see out there.

So far into 5th month of a sofa production and was just notified it will be 6 months minimum. Almost everybody else is no longer using “shortage of chips” or “supply chain” excuses. Not sure when Crate and Barrel is going to run out of excuses.

They are beyond late and keep pushing my item back every month. They should stop writing any dates in on. their website and just say except it within a year or more. It's getting ridiculous and they should 100% stop accepting any orders because my house is sitting empty and they have my money.

I ordered a twin sofa bed in March 2021after reading great reviews. It finally arrived in August with the wrong cheaper mattress instead of the air mattress. After many calls, photos and emails they ordered the correct mattress to be delivered in a couple of months, January at the latest. It is now March 23 2022, and after many more calls and emails I received a call from delivery that it did not come in as promised for delivery March 24. I have lost complete confidence in this store and have refused an order for an end table that did come in until get delivery of the mattress. At this point they can come and pick it up and give me full credit. DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM CRATE AND BARREL.

I will never order from them again! I ordered furniture in November, was told It was expected in February, it showed up in the warehouse in March. Now I am being told it is going to sit in the warehouse just over the bridge and not be delivered until May 3rd! They took all of the money for it though, while it sits in a warehouse. Beyond ridiculous! Customer service is unhelpful as well. They won't even tell me if the furniture is put together so that I can have a someone go pick it up for me. The whole company is a scam!

I ordered steak knives over a month ago and received an email at the time confirming my order and stating that they were back ordered and I would be notified when they shipped. This morning I received an email saying they’ve cancelled my order because the item I ordered is no longer available and with the suggestion to view their website to look for an alternative product. So I go to the website and see what appears to be the same steak knives I ordered, compare the SKUs - yes, they’re the same knives. Only difference is the price has gone up $50. I feel that’s on them if the price has gone up. Don’t tell me they’re not available when they are plain as day on your website.

Horrible customer service. Left my $1500 order just “preparing items” for over a week. I contacted them and explained that I was going out of town and would not receive my items because they would get stolen from my downtown porch. They promised to ship that day with expedited shipping but flat out lied. Such a poor company and cannot be trusted

I ordered $15,000 worth of furniture in June 2021. I’m still waiting!! It’s February 2022.
