Over the last 2 years. CPSS has made me feel very secure, especially when leaving my home for a vacation. Also when my wife was home alone. It was a worry that I was able to forget when i was away from home . Plus the convenience of checking the status of the system using their mobile application. I can arm and disarm the system. So if I am unsure of the status of the system I can check it without having to return home .

I was told by a Crime Prevention company rep when I originally installed the system at my home in Gainesville, FL that it would be no problem to transfer the account to my future residence in Palm Coast, FL. Instead I was made to sign up for a new three year contract or pay the balance of what would be incurred for the rest of the original contract in Gainesville. * Service - Excellent * Customer Service - Not So Much

I appreciate the quick response to this latest ticket, but I still have one ticket with no response. I am also concerned when I have to open a ticket for getting my phone number updated in the security system, when I entered it on the web site.
