I had a really good experience with Crime Prevention Security Systems. The team was friendly and came on time. They set up everything quickly and showed me how to use it. Now I feel safer at home. If I have any questions, they always help fast.

Did good overall and got the job done. Just could take a pause for a moment to ask/listen to staff member on where error could be. Tech: Nilson Hernandez

Materials seem excellent although light switch not working as programmed. The door bell camera is excellent. The men talked very loudly and sometimes about personal stuff I didn’t care to hear. They left a mess on the floor from drilling a hole. Not a big deal for me, but other customers may not like that. They were 2 hours late. My app worked yesterday, but today is looping back to I need to verify my email and not letting me set my alarm. It was working fine yesterday. I’ll call Monday and get it fixed. Would have been nice to have a handbook.
